Jenny Kim is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping adolescents and young adults build executive function and social skills, particularly those on the autism spectrum. With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Jenny takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy. She works alongside her clients to identify their strengths and develop personalized strategies for planning, prioritization, organization, and emotional regulation.

As a certified breathwork instructor, Jenny integrates breathwork techniques into her practice, recognizing its profound impact on both emotional and physical well-being. She is deeply committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health care and creating a welcoming space for all clients, including those across the gender spectrum.

Jenny’s personal background as a first-generation American from an immigrant household informs her culturally aware and inclusive approach to therapy. Outside of work, she practices transcendental meditation and yoga, and though she does run, she’ll be the first to admit she doesn’t particularly enjoy it all the time! She shares her home with one cat and five fish, and is dedicated to empowering her clients with the tools they need to navigate life with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
